Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer in-home stretch sessions?

Yes, I do. If you prefer to have your session in the comfort of your own home rather than at my studio, there is a small additional fee. This covers travel time, setup, and breakdown, which reduces the number of clients I can see throughout the day.

  • San Pancho: + $100 MXN

  • Sayulita or Lo de Marcos: + $200 MXN

  • La Cruz, Bucerías, or Puerto Vallarta: Pricing varies — we can discuss the rate based on your location.

If you’re unsure which option is best for you, I’m happy to talk it through and help you choose what works.

How do I make a payment?

Cash is preferred, but I also accept several convenient payment options:

  • CLABE transfer

  • Wise

  • Dolarapp

  • Venmo (USD)

  • Apple Pay (USD)

Use whichever method works best for you!

Is there an age limit?

There’s no age limit! For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the waiver and (preferably present during the first session.) Many children and teenagers benefit greatly from assisted stretching. With today’s more sedentary, screen-heavy lifestyle, it’s common for young people to develop tightness or stiffness early on—stretching helps them move better and feel better.

Where is your studio located?

San Pancho, Mexico.

How do your stretch packs work?

Stretch Packs are the best value for booking your sessions. I offer 4-, 8-, and 12-session packs, with each pack giving you a discounted rate — and the 12-pack offers the biggest savings.

All packs must be paid in full before your first session. Otherwise, sessions will be charged at the single-session rate.

There is no expiration, so you can use your sessions whenever you like. Couples can share a pack, and you’re also welcome to gift a session to someone else.

Stretch Packs give you flexibility, savings, and consistency — the perfect combo for real results.

What is your availability?

I’m available Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sundays are usually my day off, but if you’re feeling especially tight, I’m happy to try and squeeze in a session for you!

How is assisted stretching different from massage?

Assisted stretching and massage are both great for your body, but they work in very different ways.

Massage focuses on relaxing the muscles through pressure, rubbing, and soft-tissue work. It’s more passive — you simply lie there and receive.

Assisted stretching is more active and movement-based. I guide your body through specific stretches, help you move deeper than you can on your own, and use techniques that improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. You may gently engage your muscles at times, which helps release deeper tension and create longer-lasting results.

Think of massage as relaxing the muscles, and assisted stretching as training the muscles to move better.

Both feel great — just in different ways.

What other services do you offer?

Yes — in addition to assisted stretching, I’m also certified in Personal Training and offer Fasting Coaching services. However, stretching currently takes up most of my availability, and with a new baby on the way, these services are on pause for the moment.

Unless you are Urgently in need of a deep reset, healing from an illness, reducing inflammation, or you’re looking for guidance on fasting — whether it’s how to start, how long to fast, or you want coaching and support throughout the process — feel free to send me a message.

We can schedule a consultation call to talk about your personal situation and determine the best path forward.

What areas of the body do you stretch?

In a 30-minute session, we focus on targeted areas where you feel tight or need relief. A 60-minute session gives you a full-body stretch for a complete reset and improved mobility.
